We had an excellent experience at Kalyan Jewellers, Karama Center, all thanks to Ms.Cherrie. Initially, we purchased a three jewel. The next day, we felt dissatisfied with the design and went back for a change. Ms.Cherrie handled the situation with great patience and professionalism. She kindly took back the jewellery and helped us replace it with another jewelry of two for the same price, along with a huge discount from her side. Her dedication, calm approach, clear explanation, and warm smile truly stood out. This review is purely for her exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. 18/10/2025(Kalyan Jewelry Al karama branch, Dubai) Manager spoke like uneducated And he calculated everything wrongly 2 times he did wrong calculation.i explained also then he add extra amount in making charge and for 1 chain he told 2 type of making charge.when we ask about the wrong calculation he spoke with us rudely. And he didn't explain properly and he want to sent us without purchasing. If you don't want you can go like that he said. I don't know what kind of manager and Kalyan Jewelry shop is this. Worst experience. Need to change the manager first then only your jewelry shop sale will increase otherwise for his behavior no one will come.
