18/10/2025(Kalyan Jewelry Al karama branch, Dubai) Manager spoke like uneducated And he calculated everything wrongly 2 times he did wrong calculation.i explained also then he add extra amount in making charge and for 1 chain he told 2 type of making charge.when we ask about the wrong calculation he spoke with us rudely. And he didn't explain properly and he want to sent us without purchasing. If you don't want you can go like that he said. I don't know what kind of manager and Kalyan Jewelry shop is this. Worst experience. Need to change the manager first then only your jewelry shop sale will increase otherwise for his behavior no one will come.
I have been buying gold from Karama centre Kalyan Jewellers for the past five years and its always a great experience. I have purchased from them twice in the last two months and even though my usual staff, Linesh, has transferred, the other staff were super friendly and provided excellent service.
